What a fantastic week we have had. September is a great month for just the kind of days I love. Warm and sunny but cooler evenings and no humidity!!! I was able to totally clean out my front garden and get it all set for the spring. A big job done... Now I need to work on the side garden and I will do that a portion at a time during the evenings when I can, till the weather changes. One of the things about being busy is you have to really be aware of your schedule and stay on top of it so you do not miss being somewhere you need to be.
I received my congrats letter for 25 years of service at WMU and a catalog full of items to choose my gift from! I am thinking about maybe a tent!! I have wanted to do some camping and do not have the means so... this way I can spend my money on a really good air mattress!!! We also were given a 3% pay increase this year so.... I am hoping with all these things to build up my savings for those rainy day needs and to finish things at the house. With some careful budgeting, I should be able to keep those sunny days acomin'....
