This journey for Andrea is coming to an end. Today she will be doing last minute things to be ready for tomorrow and her flight out of South Africa! She has said there are mixed emotions about heading home - understandable as she has just spent over 5 months doing and seeing all sorts of new things, meeting new people and sharing in a culture different than her own. But she is anxious to return to hearth and home. Family has always been important and now she knows what it is like to be without family close by. I also have experienced first-hand that feeling, and although the adventures are wonderful....there is no place like home!
