Laughter - The world's common language...
The definition of laughter is an audible expression or appearance of happiness, or an inward feeling of joy! Laughter provides a physical and emotional release. Laughter connects us with others. When you have the capability to make others laugh, you are elevating the mood of those around you and helping to relieve stress. When you can laugh and find joy, you have a physical release, an internal workout and a more lighthearted perspective on things. I believe that laughter needs to be a big part of your life. We need to audible express our happiness and shower other people with that inward feeling of joy. To laugh till your side aches or tears stream down your face or to laugh with someone till your cheeks hurt, is a wonderful antidote to life's frustrations. We all want to take part in laughter and it brightens any party or activity to bring it along. They say to smile and laugh gives you long life, to find your joy and be filled with laughter brighten everything around you. You can catch a smile, and laughter is contagious! It is something good to catch and wonderful to share. The more you give it away the more you have. When you find someone who makes you laugh and shares in your exuberance, who takes pleasure in hearing your laughter, and who easily continues to brighten your world-treat them as the treasure they are and just laugh!
