The process has begun and I believe some good habits are being formed for me with the change in my food intake. Since May I have been tracking and really trying to control the way that I look at food. With many tools available to me, I have begun this journey. This change in my lifestyle is for the best and I am committed to this new road. It has been a tremendous help to have a personal trainer, who gives me new things to work on every week! I weigh in with him and we are tracking my progress with measurements as well. Having a partner to work out with has also been a blessing. Bekki and I are working on different things that we can do together to exercise like bike riding and bowling, we work out at West Hills 3 times a week and maybe this winter we will do some cross country skiing! We are planning on riding the Kal Haven Trail to South Haven later this summer as well. I am a work in progress!
