a new attitude.....

This is not new information. Nothing that I did not already know, jut practical information that makes total sense. Walking. Walking everyday with no excuses to keep me from it. Take 1/2 hour a day for me to walk. This is very doable. Being aware of what I am putting into my system is also a must. These are the healthy ways for me to give my body all the fighting tools it needs. Making sure to keep variety in the mix so I do not get bored or tired of the process, as this is a life change with no end date or magic number on the scale.

A speaker yesterday made a comment about this being our one chance at life and we seem to be waiting for the second one to make any changes, stating "Oh I can do that later, or this won't make much difference". We wait for another Monday to begin when we fail our diets, (one reason I do not say I am on a diet). I am working on a life style change, one I choose with every decision, whether food or exercise, do or don't. So attitude is very important and positive attitude is a must. I also know that my daily walks are good for Mel too and so there is someone else to benefit!!! I got a new pedometer yesterday and it began a voyage with me today. I will see just how many steps I take!
